I have more than 25 years‘ experience in founding, developing and leading companies in trading (B2C, B2B). I have in-depth expertise in building eCommerce and digitalizing processes, in branding and multichannel marketing and sales as well as in assortment and pricing strategy. Since 2007, my main sector focus has been Health Care (B2B). During this period, I worked with both international and national investors and, for over 14 years, held overall responsibility for various SMEs.
My passion lies in digital and sales transformation, empathic and goal-oriented leadership in post-merger situations, as well as in innovative marketing and growth-driven lead management within regulated markets. I am convinced that strong market positioning is created through the interplay of customer expectations, market development, and societal trends—and, in turn, shapes these factors as well. Demographics and longevity, telemedicine, digitalization and AI are examples of such factors and, in combination, can enable sustainable growth. It takes a willingness to change and transformation that I see as a continuous process.
Before embarking on self-employment, I held leading positions and worked as a founder at renowned trading companies and start-ups in the consumer goods, dental and medical/in vitro diagnostics sectors in Germany and across Europe. In these roles, I supported the establishment and development of operational businesses, created coherent market positioning and clear brand messages for companies and products, and developed successful marketing and sales concepts. In my most recent role at a leading medical products trader, my focus was on digital and sales transformation, revenue and earnings growth, and post-merger integrations.
